Most frequently asked questions

Can I decide on the parking system architecture and management myself?

Yes, PRM supports you in finding and installing the right system for your space. Whoever takes over the subsequent administration, for example with regard to opening hours or the organization of short-term and long-term parking, is always closely coordinated. This also explicitly includes the definition of the tariff structure and the amount of usage fees for parking offenders.

Can the parking systems also be operated by older or disabled people?

Our aim is to ensure that the systems used are always simple, intuitive and as accessible as possible. This is why we actively support users during a familiarization phase and do not track parking violations. Large-scale signage and additional means of communication such as flyers provide additional information on how to use the system. Our experience shows that we are able to familiarize all potential users with the system.

Can e-charging infrastructure be integrated into the systems?

Electromobility is one of the most important challenges for modern infrastructure solutions. It goes without saying that we also have solutions for this, ranging from the integration of existing charging stations to the installation and full-service operation of wallboxes and fast-charging stations.
